In my wife's opinion, the lack of a functional air conditioning system was a major downside. This needs immediate attention for families with young kids.

I had a comfortable stay in a Standard Room with good internet service. The staff were attentive, especially during check-in, making the experience pleasant. However, the elevators were quite slow, which was a bit inconvenient.
